Hi everyone and welcome to our blog: Glowing Guru!
Here we will be exploring many aspects of living a happy life! Some of those things will include: fitness, bullet journaling, and healthy eating habits!
Fitness: Gabby and I are both rebooting our journey to getting fit. For the month of January, we are completing a fitness outline that continually gets harder every day. We will be updating you with results and our thoughts on the process as we go, so you can experience getting fit with us!
Bullet Journaling: Just this past year, both Gabby and I have begun bullet journaling. Not only is it extremely fun, but it is undeniably helpful to your mental health as well. It provides structure for your life but also gives you the thrill of a diary. We will be posting pictures and updates on our journals for you all to see.
Healthy Eating: Healthy eating is extraordinarily helpful to your everyday life, health, and your mental stability. I am a vegetarian, however Gabby is not. Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or an all around carnivore, everyone can benefit from eating healthy. On our blog, we will provide our favorite recipes for healthy eating as well as pictures for everyone to drool over!
