Update on the 30 Day Workout Challenge!
This blog post Ruth and I will be updating you on all of our thoughts, feelings and struggles we have been experiencing so far as we complete the 30 day workout challenge! So, we are on day 15 and each day the workout intensifies. We both have been enjoying the process yet we have been a little sore along the way!
As we mentioned above, each day the workout intensifies. In other words, the exercises become harder and the number of exercises grows. This workout is designed to tone your body and gradually help you increase your strength.

Some advice for others doing the challenge:
Just stay determined! If you lose faith in yourself you will never finish the challenge and even if you do complete this challenge without your heart and soul in it, you will not feel as accomplished at the end! It is so very important to stay determined!
This workout takes about 15-20 minutes, therefore make sure to set aside time in your day to complete this challenge!
Lastly, enjoy the process! You are doing this for you!
