Start Your Monday Off Right!

Monday! A fresh start; a new week! Your mood on Monday can create a mood for your entire week! For this reason, it is essential to start your week off right! This blog post, I will be discussing simple ways to start your Monday and week off great! 

1. Plan a fun activity! 
This one is my favorite! My Monday and week is ten times easier when I know a fun activity or day is coming up later in the week. For example, plan an ice cream date with some friends on Friday! This way on Monday you can look forward to Friday and seeing your besties! Just thinking about the upcoming fun things will boost your mood on a Monday morning! 

2. Do a random act of kindness! 
Starting your week off with positive, kind energy is the best type of energy on a Monday! If you do random acts of kindness each day of the week, it has been proven that those simple acts improve your happiness! Also, it is always great when you are in a nice, content mood on a Monday!

3. Write a list! 
Writing down everything you have to do that week is a organize, great, simple way to make sure you have everything under control and are not forgetting anything. You can write the list Sunday evening or even Monday morning! This idea can also help you destress on a Monday. I love this one because it really does help me destress and relax.
