You heard it! Simply dressing for the occasion is scientifically proven to help boost your confidence when you are feeling down in the dumps. Instead of throwing on your old sweats, strategically pick out something that you know will make you feel good and wear it! No matter what the occasion, where you are going, or who you are with, wouldn't you want to look and feel your best?! So, before you blindly put on something in the morning, take a step back and think: Is this really what I want to be wearing? If you do this every morning when you get dressed for the day, you are bound to feel more confident about your outfit, and have more confidence in yourself throughout the day.

I personally love fashion, and I actually have fun and get excited when picking out my outfit in the morning. Will I feel good about myself throughout the day if I wear this?" If not, don't wear it. Of course, you can dress down once and awhile. (There are no restrictions of course to what you want to be wearing) However, when you are dressed for success, only good things lead ahead.
